OUR HISTORY

The history of the Pakpen Group of Companies is based on Paksu A.S., which initiated its business in Konya in 1970 when industrialism was not fully developed, with sales of construction and sanitary installations. It well achieved to become a determinant in Construction and Sanitary Installation Materials Sector in Konya as a company known as following up and implementing innovations in a very short period of time.
Following the establishment of Paksu, first steps were taken into PVC Door-Windows, Window Blind and Shutter systems sector. The very first PVC production facility was founded in Konya in 1990 where doors and windows were produced under the brand Pakpen for the first time.
All production facilities of Pakpen, which realizes its sales both in Turkey and abroad through dealership organization, are situated on an area of 300.000 square meters in Konya Organized Industrial Zones. The producer company of the brands PVC Door-Window, Blind and Shutter Systems Pakpen, Vinyl Siding System Pak Siding, Fences, Banister and Arbour Systems Pak Country, Formed PVC Stone Panels Pak Form, PVC/XPS Sandwich Panels Pakpanel, Decorative Entrance and Composite Door Systems Pak Door, XPS and EPS Heat Isolation Boards Pak Board and Infrastructure and Interior Installation Pipe Systems, IBG-Pakplastik A.S. has production capacity of 50 thousand tons per year in PVC sector. All brands of Pakpen are distributed and sold through Regional Branches in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Konya and Antalya and more than 1200 dealers throughout country. Pakpen Group of Companies established a new pipe production facility of an investment up to 50 billion Euros on an area of 120.000 square meters in Konya III. Organized Industrial Zone. This facility allows production through full-automation techniques with state-of-the-art technology of Europe. Pakpen Group of Companies is to gather Infrastructure and Interior Installation Pipe Systems, in which it believes to contribute much to the sector and its dealers, in order to expand production line. Pakplast is now ranking between the first and the greatest 10 pipe producers in Europe owing to its investment quantity and capacity. Our Group Companies;

IBG Pakplastic Inc., founded in the 2nd Organized Industrial Zone in Konya during 1989, is a manufacturing affiliate of the Pakpen Group Companies.

PAKPEN INC.
Pakpen INC., a subsidiary of the Pakpen Group of Companies is named after our locomotive brands.
PAKPEN INC. serves its customers with after sales services in sales, technical and after sales training together with the regional management offices in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Konya and Antalya and 1200 agents in total consisting of 400 fabricator agents and 800 dealers .

PAKPEN FOREIGN TRADE INC.
Pakpen Foreign Trade Inc. was founded in 1998 for the overseas marketing of Pakpen products are sold and used in many foreign countries. After the establishment of Pakpen Foreign Trade Inc., the arrangement of overseas distributor&agent system was given priority. Due to the regional distributor&agents and their subsidiaries founded in this context, an effective structuring was achieved. Currently, business relations with more than 30 countries are established.

SC PAKPEN SRL
Pakpen SRL started business at the beginning of 2002 in the Bucharest, the Capital of Romania. Founded in order to strengthen the PAKPEN Group Company's market position in Romania in which the sales were made through Pakpen distributors & agents, SC Pakpen SRL carries out the product promotion and marketing activities in connection with Pakpen Foreign Trade Inc.

PAKSU INC.
Paksu Inc. gave start its business activity in 1970 with Construction and Sanitary Installation Materials sales while industrialization in KONYA had not yet started and as a company watching and adopting novelties since the day it was established, it became the trendsetter of the Construction and Sanitary Installation market of Konya.

PAKPEN INSURANCE COMPANY
Pakpen Insurance Inc., a subsidiary of the Pakpen Group Companies, has commenced its activity as the A group authorized agency of the Koç Allianz Insurance company as of the year 2004.
