.: USAGE AND THE MAIN ASPECTS OF KORIGE PIPES :.

     USAGE OF KORIGE PIPES

  • Sewage System
  • Rain drainage pipes
  • Efficient water transportation system
  • Industrial wastewater system

THE MAIN ASPECTS OF KORIGE PIPES

  • High protection against corrosion and resistant against chemical reactions,

The requirement for the pipes used in the sewage system is to be resistant against corrosion and chemical damages. The hard chemicals existing in the waste water and soil can cause various damages to the sewage pipes. The Polyethylene's reliability and durability has made it an ideal raw material in making a long lasting sewage system. It can also be used in transferring and storing the chemicals.
  • Nesting of pipes makes storage and transportation more convenient.

Korige pipes as well as being light weight, they are also sturdy against any damages. During storage and transportation no losses can be suffered. As a result of their light-weight the pipes can be nested during transportation and storage
  • Easy joining methods

Korige pipes are joined either with an in-line coupling or socket. In all sorts of construction sites coupling process can be carried out. Sockets and coupling rings can be assembled into Korige pipes. All sorts of merging or assembling can be carried out in all construction sites.

  • Effortless installation

As Korige pipe is light heavy equipments are not needed during the installation. Due to easy joining methods the speed of completion of the project is faster. This type of pipe material is most often used in the city centre building sites and short season construction sites.

  • Impermeable

When sockets and in-line coupling are assembled in the joining process, the impermeability is maintained up to 0,5 bar pressure. As a result the sewage water will not infiltrate into the ground water and our environment would be protected. Also in areas where the ground water is high the entrance of water from outside into the sewage system is prevented.

  • Easy repair and maintenance

As the inner surface of Korige pipe is light coloured, whenever it is needed a camera can be installed to control the sewage network.

  • Long service life

Minimum service duration of Korige pipe is 50 years.

  • Efficient flow of fluids

In compared to other pipe materials the Korige pipes are low in hydraulic purity therefore using diameter optimisation a reduced diameter can be chosen. This can aid in the reduction of the cost of the project. Also the pure form of the pipe's surface obstructs the hard particles sticking to the inner surface and this will prevent the cross-section (bottleneck) of the pipe to get narrow.

  • Flexible

Korige pipes are so flexible they can adjust themselves to the movement of the ground and they will not get distorted.

  • Able to be produced in any sizes

The pipes without sockets can be produced in any sizes according to the customer need.

  • Relevant Standards
